Ministry Conversations
In the same week, ministry leaders often teach the Bible, coach teams, and make decisions for training, staffing, and a million other things. Sometimes what you need is someone to help. We’re here for those important conversations
Let’s talk—3 ways.
Ministry Support Conversations
Let’s dig in about theologically informed strategy. We have talked with many pastors and ministry leaders about pivotal choices, whether it’s related to staff job descriptions, training curricula, or practical strategies about shepherding. Learn more about these conversations below.
Prep Your Teaching Team
We love supporting teaching teams by helping prepare them to teach through a book of the Bible. We set up literary and contextual awareness as well as a team strategy. You can read more about our offerings to Prep Your Teaching Team.
Bible Teaching Coaching
Let’s look at those notes! We do manuscript reviews with theological, expositional, and homiletical feedback. Because we all have blind spots and need input from others when we teach. Plus, nothing accelerates growth as a teacher like tailored feedback. Learn More.

Leading and Equipping Your Team
Perhaps you are leading a ministry or teaching team and want suggestions on how to set direction and/or further equip them. We’re glad to talk about priorities, plans, and ways to help them grow. We want to set you up to teach them well, whether it be skills or preparing them to teach a text.
-
Designing Courses and Curricula
Are you designing your multi-year courses or planning how to take disciples through material? Do you want help encouraging people in your ministry to study the Bible? Need ideas on how to give them tools to do so? Let’s talk about your curriculum. This is one of our favorite topics.

Leading Women Well
Pastors have asked us how they can better hear the needs of women. Others want to discuss the theological and practical decisions of women serving. We’ve assisted others in hiring— edited job descriptions and offered recommendations. We want to help you serve and work well with women in your ministry.
We’ll gladly meet for 30 minutes to talk about these things to see if we can help. If you’d like to talk longer, we ask for a consulting renumeration, usually $100 an hour.
Want to ask questions about theological or methodological views before we talk? Feel free to ask in an email.
