Events
BibleEquipping offers two styles of training events suited for different community needs. Both events cover the same material but are scheduled differently and provide unique benefits. The Collective package brings a variety of faithful voices and ministry experience; strength Solo most affordable option and more flexible scheduling options.
Collective Event
BibleEquipping Collective Event Training Package: Two simultaneous tracks taught by 2-3 instructors, creating a hospitable environment where a variety of faithful voices and ministry experiences benefit trainees.
This event provides in-depth training for two different learning levels.
Track 1- Learn It
The Story of the Bible
The Genres of the Bible
The Questions for the Bible
Track 2- Give It
Discipleship and the Bible
Evangelism and the Bible
Teaching the Bible
In addition to the two tracks, this event also includes a panel discussion Q&A , a keynote address for all participants, and resource giveaways.
Schedule: Friday night through Saturday lunch (Note: this event is shorter than the Solo package because it is simultaneously team-taught.)
Solo Event
BibleEquipping Solo Event Training Package: One instructor, two tracks, with workshop sessions built into the event for hands-on learning to help participants integrate what they have learned in their tracks.
The content of the training sessions for each two tracks is robust. Each track will take turns learning from one instructor (Dr. Taylor Turkington) while participating in workshops applying what they have learned while the other track is being instructed.

FAQ
Do both packages offer the same training?
Both events provide a wealth of high-level training and learning, so whichever package you choose, your participants will receive the same Learn It and Give It tracks.
What’s the difference between the Learn It and Give It tracks?
The first track, “Learn It,” focuses on Bible interpretation and is best for those who are learning to study the Bible or learning to teach others to do the same. We review the story of the Bible, basics of genre, and a framework for interpretive questions. The second track, “Give It,” expects more experience in the Bible and offers tools of Bible interpretation within the context of discipleship, evangelism, and teaching.
What’s the difference between Collective and Solo event packages?
The Collective Event package offers the benefit of multiple instructors who offer different backgrounds and teaching styles. This event also has a panel discussion and is more efficient in length because the instructors can teach the tracks simultaneously.
The Solo Event Package offers the added benefit of additional hands-on application time for integrating what has been learned in the sessions. Because it requires one instructor, it is the most affordable option and allows for more flexible scheduling options.
Which package is right for my event?
These events are tailored toward different needs. A smaller number of attendees will generally be better suited to the Core Training Package, while a larger number of participants will likely be better suited to the team teaching of the Complete Training Package. Shoot us an email to chat with us about which package best fits your needs.
