How to Study the Gospels
The first four books of the New Testament tell us the story of Jesus. Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John reveal his life, his ministry, his teachings, his miracles, his death, and his resurrection. They use a variety of literary tools and subgenres to do this, and we want to study them well! This short course digs into a handful of tools to help us pay attention to the way these authors teach us about Jesus and call us to transformed lives.
